About Carnivale
Carnivale is the biggest-production party on this site outside the City. Guests come in through torch-lit entrances and palm-lined pathways into a Latin-inspired world already in full flow — tropical cocktails under festoon lights, samba dancers and live musicians moving through the reception.
A dramatic reveal opens into the main dining room, where a three-course dinner is served under a canopy of lights. Through the evening acrobats, aerialists, the live six-piece band and high-impact stage performances run around the room rather than from one fixed point.
After the entertainment finale the night opens out: themed bars, dodgems, interactive games, and a DJ on a state-of-the-art light show and dancefloor until the bar closes at 12:30am.
Six dates are published, including two Saturdays — rare in the London shared party market and useful if a weeknight is difficult for your team. Free parking, a black taxi rank and free cloakroom are all included, and your tables are yours for the night.

- Caramelised red onion, honey fig, brie and squash tart (V), rocket, cranberry and toasted pine nut salad, spiced pear dressing
Main
- Thyme and paprika roast breast of chicken, roasted onion purée, creamed potato, sage and chestnut buttered savoy cabbage, sticky maple-glazed parsnips, rich chicken sauce
- Vegan: jewelled filled aubergine with roasted root vegetables, pomegranate and coriander, saffron creamed potato, rich tomato and herb sauce
Dessert
