Christmas Party Dates 2026

Which nights have the most parties, which sell out first, how the price moves by date — and when you actually need to have decided.

  • 18 dates
  • 19 parties
  • Prices vary by date

When are London's shared Christmas parties in 2026?

From Thursday 26 November to Saturday 19 December 2026, across 18 dates.

Demand is heavily concentrated: Friday 11 December has thirteen parties running and Thursday 10 December has eleven. Those two nights sell out first. Wednesdays and the week beginning 14 December have fewer parties but materially lower prices — the same event can be 35% cheaper on a Wednesday than on the second Friday.

If your business has any flexibility on the date, that flexibility is the single cheapest saving available to you — worth more than negotiating on the ticket price, and available to everyone.

Below is every date in the 2026 season with how many parties run on it and the price spread. Dates with four or more parties have their own page comparing them properly; the rest link through to the parties running that night.

Late November 2026

The season opens in the last week of November. Fewer parties are running, but prices are at their lowest and availability is not an issue.

Early December — the 1st to the 8th

The choice widens sharply and the first genuinely busy nights appear. Thursday 3 and Friday 4 December are the best-balanced dates of the season: near-full choice, below peak prices.

Peak week — the 9th to the 13th

Thursday 10 and Friday 11 December are the two biggest nights in the London Christmas party calendar and price accordingly. The Wednesday before offers the same production for noticeably less.

The run-in — the 14th to the 19th

Consistently under-booked and consistently cheaper, with a noticeably different atmosphere — most of your guests have finished their year. The most over-looked week of the season.

Booking lead times

What we actually see, rather than what a sales page would tell you:

  • Six months or more ahead — the only reliable way to secure 10 or 11 December at a specific venue with a specific theme.
  • Three to four months ahead — good choice across most dates, including peak week at some venues.
  • Six to eight weeks ahead — peak nights are gone or nearly gone. Midweek and late-December dates are open, often at better prices.
  • Two to three weeks ahead — you will find something, but you are choosing from what is left. Check the availability calendar and call us rather than assuming.

Booking early does not usually reduce the price — London shared party prices are set per date by demand, not by lead time. What it buys you is choice, and choice is where the saving is. The full reasoning is in when to book a Christmas party.

We publish scheduled party dates, not live inventory. Everything here is a date the operator has put on sale — always check availability before you commit internally.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is the busiest London Christmas party date in 2026?
Friday 11 December 2026, with thirteen of our 19 parties running. Thursday 10 December is second with eleven. Between them these two nights carry most of the London shared market's demand, and they are the first dates to sell out.
Which dates are cheapest?
Wednesdays and the week beginning 14 December. Cirque is £85 + VAT on Wednesday 16 December against £115 + VAT on Friday 11 December — a 35% swing for the identical event. Wednesday 9 December offers peak-week production at midweek prices.
Are there Saturday Christmas parties in London?
Yes, though fewer. Carnivale runs on Saturday 5 and Saturday 19 December, Cirque on Saturday 28 November and Saturday 5 December, Urban Funfair on Saturday 12 December, Masquerade on Saturday 12 December, and Winters of the World on two Saturdays in late November. Saturdays are often the cheapest date a party runs.
How far ahead do we need to book?
For 10 or 11 December, decide by the end of summer. For the first week of December, autumn is realistic. Midweek dates and anything after 15 December are frequently still bookable in November. Full lead-time guide.
