Shared Christmas Parties in the West End 2026

Three parties between Holborn, Covent Garden and Bloomsbury — including the two lowest starting prices on the whole site.

  • 3 parties
  • £85 – £145 + VAT per person

What shared Christmas parties are in the West End?

Three. Masquerade at 60 Great Queen Street (WC2B), a Grade II* listed Art Deco building between Holborn and Covent Garden, £145 + VAT per person. Cirque at the Bloomsbury Big Top on Guilford Street (WC1N), from £85 + VAT across nine dates. And The Christmas Lodge at The Fountain Room on the same street, from £88 + VAT across eight dates.

The West End cluster is the one to look at if your budget is tight, or if getting people in from outside London matters. Guilford Street is a five-minute walk from Russell Square and about ten from both Euston and King's Cross — which is as good as central London connections get for guests arriving by mainline rail.

Two of the three are genuinely affordable. Cirque starts at £85 + VAT per person on Wednesday 16 December, and The Christmas Lodge at £88 + VAT on the same night. Both are seated three-course dinners with entertainment, a fun casino and a DJ — not a stripped-back version of a Christmas party, just one priced for a midweek date.

Masquerade sits at the other end. At £145 + VAT it is the most expensive non-hotel party on the site, and what you are paying for is the building: towering ceilings, Art Deco architecture and a dining room that needs almost no decoration. Free parking is included, which is close to unheard of in WC2.

Bloomsbury and Russell Square

Both Guilford Street parties are run by the same operator, share a drinks-package structure and use similar menus — but the rooms could not be less alike.

Cirque is a genuine big top seating up to 700, with aerialists, fire performers and full Cirque de Vintage theming. Nine dates and the widest price spread on the site: £85 to £115 + VAT depending on the night.

The Christmas Lodge is an alpine lodge — warm wood, low light, a winter arcade and games for the guests who would rather not dance. Eight dates, £88 to £105 + VAT.

Drinks work the same way at both: a sparkling reception is included, then unlimited beers, wines and soft drinks at £46 + VAT per person, or £54 + VAT with Prosecco. Packages must be bought for the whole party.

Holborn and Covent Garden

Masquerade runs on two dates — Saturday 12 and Thursday 17 December. The evening opens with a canapé reception at 7pm, dinner at 8pm, entertainment at 9pm, a disco at 10pm and a live band and DJ from 11pm. Holborn, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road are all within walking distance, which makes it the easiest West End venue to leave at 1am.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest shared Christmas party in central London?
Cirque at the Bloomsbury Big Top, at £85 + VAT per person on Wednesday 16 December. The Christmas Lodge on the same street is £88 + VAT on the same night. Both include a sparkling reception, a three-course seated dinner, entertainment, a fun casino and a DJ.
Is there parking at the West End Christmas parties?
Masquerade at 60 Great Queen Street includes free car parking. The Guilford Street venues do not — but they are a five-minute walk from Russell Square and around ten from Euston and King's Cross.
Do drinks packages have to be bought for everyone?
At all three West End parties, yes. Unlimited drinks packages are priced per person but must be bought for the whole party, not just the guests who want them. Budget accordingly.
