About Grand Masquerade Ball
The Grand Masquerade Ball is the most straightforward of the premium City options to organise, because almost everything is bundled into the ticket. Guests arrive to a red carpet, costumed performers and a glass of Prosecco, then move through to a candlelit masquerade dining room.
Dinner is three courses with live music in the background and performers circulating between tables — movement without interrupting conversation. Drinks are included throughout, which removes the stop-start rhythm of a cash bar and keeps the table together.
After dinner the format opens up. A live party band takes over from 10pm, the dancefloor fills, and casino tables and a glitter bar give the people who do not dance somewhere to go. That mix is what makes it work for a mixed-age team.
The venue is a large modern hotel with capacity for around 450 guests, on-site bedrooms and leisure facilities — worth knowing if part of your group is travelling in and would rather stay over than cross London at 1am.

Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable. All dietary requirements are catered for — once you have booked you will be sent a function sheet to record them. Kosher food is available via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
