All-Inclusive Shared Christmas Parties in London 2026

Parties where drinks are in the ticket price — usually unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks from 8pm until 12:30am, with no bar tab to manage.

  • 11 parties
  • £95.50 – £180 + VAT per person

Which London shared Christmas parties include unlimited drinks?

The all-inclusive tier. Most of these include unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks for four and a half hours — typically 8pm to 12:30am — plus a welcome Prosecco, in a ticket priced between £125 and £149 + VAT per person. An All Inclusive Plus upgrade (£160–£180 + VAT) adds six tokens per person for spirits or Prosecco. At every venue, the whole booking has to be on the same package.

All-inclusive is the format most corporate organisers end up choosing, and the reason is administrative rather than culinary. One approved number per head, one invoice, and nobody at your Christmas party reaching for a company card at the bar at 11pm.

It also changes how the evening runs. When the bar is included, people stay at the table and keep talking instead of forming a queue between courses. That sounds minor; it is the single biggest difference in feel between an all-inclusive ballroom party and a cash-bar party night.

The catch is the whole-group rule. Every venue here requires everyone in your booking to be on the same package. You cannot split Standard and Plus across a table, and at the package-based venues you cannot buy wristbands for only the guests who want them.

What 'all-inclusive' actually covers

  • Included nearly everywhere — welcome Prosecco on arrival, unlimited house beer, house wine and soft drinks for a defined window (usually 4.5 hours), and a three-course dinner.
  • Usually NOT included — spirits and cocktails. These come via the Plus package (six tokens per person) or a cash bar.
  • The window matters — drinks typically run 8pm to 12:30am. Arrive early and the pre-8pm drinks are the welcome Prosecco only.
  • Cirque de Noël is the exception — its all-inclusive nights (4 and 11 December) include unlimited Prosecco as well as beer, cider, house wine and soft drinks, which is more generous than the hotel format.

Where the money actually goes

A useful sanity check: an all-inclusive ticket is typically £25–£40 + VAT above the equivalent cash-bar ticket at a similar venue. A drinks wristband at a package-based venue costs £45–£55 + VAT per person. So all-inclusive is usually the cheaper route if you were going to buy a package anyway — and the more expensive route if your group would realistically have had two drinks each.

Our drinks packages guide works through the arithmetic properly.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Are spirits included in an all-inclusive shared Christmas party?
Usually not in the standard ticket. Most include unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks only. Spirits come either through the All Inclusive Plus package — six tokens per person, each redeemable for a spirit or a glass of Prosecco — or from the cash bar.
How long does the all-inclusive bar run for?
Typically four and a half hours, from 8pm when dinner starts until the bar closes at 12:30am. The welcome Prosecco is served on arrival at 7:30pm, before the package window begins.
Can we mix drinks packages within one booking?
No. Every venue on this page requires the entire booking to be on the same package. This is the most common thing organisers get caught out by, so confirm your headcount and package together.

Prices exclude VAT and are supplied by the venues. Ask us to check availability before setting a date internally.
