Luxury Shared Christmas Parties in London 2026

The all-inclusive, black-tie end of the market: £149 + VAT per person, four and a half hours of drinks in the ticket, and nothing left to organise on the night.

  • 8 parties
  • £149 – £180 + VAT per person

What makes a shared Christmas party 'luxury'?

At this end of the London market it means three specific things: a four-star or five-star hotel venue, an all-inclusive drinks package running from 8pm to 12:30am in the ticket price, and a fully programmed evening — red-carpet arrival, live music through dinner, a party band from 10pm, casino tables and performers. Standard tickets are £149 + VAT per person; the Plus package, which adds six spirits or Prosecco tokens, is £180 + VAT.

The premium tier is not about a better dinner. The food across the £149 ballroom parties is a good three-course hotel banquet, and so is the food at £125. What you are buying at £149 is the removal of every variable: drinks included, entertainment programmed, arrival staged, and no one in your group reaching for a card at the bar.

For an office manager or EA that matters more than it sounds. An all-inclusive ticket means one number to approve, one invoice, and no awkward conversation about whether the company is covering rounds. It is the single most common reason organisers move up from the mid-market.

Every party in this tier follows a near-identical timeline — 7:30pm red carpet and Prosecco, 8pm dinner and drinks, 10pm party band and casino, midnight band finishes, 12:30am bar closes, 1am carriages. So the choice comes down to theme and location.

  • Unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks for 4.5 hours (8pm–12:30am)
  • Live music through dinner — a band, a lounge singer, ballet or dance performers depending on the party

  • Casino tables with pretend money and chips
  • Glitter bar with professional face painters
  • Costumed performers through the evening

Standard or Plus?

All Inclusive Standard, £149 + VAT — unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks for four and a half hours.

All Inclusive Plus, £180 + VAT — the same, plus six tokens per person, each redeemable for a spirit or a glass of Prosecco.

The £31 difference buys six spirits. Whether that is worth it depends entirely on your group, but note the constraint: everyone in your booking must be on the same package. You cannot buy Plus for half the team. If a minority want spirits, the cash bar is usually the cheaper answer.

Choosing between them

They are priced identically, so pick on theme and geography:

Tower Hill — Winter Wonderland Ball (black tie, early December), Gatsby's Grand Soirée (1920s, the one people dress up for), Hollywood Gala (paparazzi red carpet), Royal Nutcracker Banquet (ballet over dinner), Murder Mystery (private dining, interactive).

St Paul's — Grand Masquerade Ball, five dates, the widest choice of nights in this tier.

North Greenwich — Skyball at the five-star InterContinental London – The O2, James Bond theme.

Victoria — The Imposters, a Traitors-format game show in a private dining room.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How much is a luxury shared Christmas party in London?
£149 + VAT per person for All Inclusive Standard, or £180 + VAT for All Inclusive Plus. Both include a welcome Prosecco, a three-course dinner and unlimited drinks from 8pm until 12:30am; Plus adds six spirit or Prosecco tokens per person.
Can some of our group upgrade and others not?
No. Every venue in this tier requires the whole booking to be on the same package. If only a few guests want spirits, the usual answer is to book Standard and let them use the cash bar.
Is a luxury shared party better value than a private Christmas party?
For most groups under about 150 guests, yes — you get five-star production and an all-inclusive bar without carrying venue hire, catering minimums, AV and entertainment costs on your own. Above that headcount the economics start to favour a private event. Our shared vs private guide sets out the comparison.

Prices exclude VAT and are supplied by the venues. Ask us to check availability before setting a date internally.
